How we ship wooden pallets nationwide and to port for export, including lead times and fees.

1. Delivery Coverage
Pallet Go Vietnam delivers nationwide across all 63 provinces using our own truck and container fleet plus partner carriers, with priority for key industrial zones such as Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. For export shipments we deliver to port (FOB) and arrange documentation.
2. Delivery Times
- Inner Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City: within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Northern provinces (nearby): 24-48 hours
- Central Vietnam: 2-4 working days
- Mekong Delta - Central Highlands: 2-5 working days
- Large orders (1+ container): scheduled by agreement, typically 3-7 days after production is complete
* Times apply under normal weather conditions and exclude public holidays or unforeseen transport incidents.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free delivery for orders of 500 pallets or more within a 50km radius of the factory
- Orders under 500 pallets: shipping charged per the published rate table sent with the quote
- Long distance (beyond 50km): charged per km and vehicle type (5T / 10T truck, 20ft / 40ft container)
- Urgent / after-hours delivery: 20-30% surcharge depending on route
4. Transport Methods
- 1.5T - 10T trucks: single deliveries in city areas and industrial parks
- 20ft / 40ft containers: large orders and export shipments
- Forklift at delivery point: available on request (hourly surcharge)
5. Delivery Process
- Order confirmation - sales confirms quantity, timing and delivery address
- Production / dispatch scheduling - the factory prepares goods in 24-72h depending on scale
- Vehicle dispatch - logistics arranges the right transport
- Delivery notice - vehicle, driver and ETA sent via Zalo/SMS
- Delivery & acceptance - customer checks quantity and quality and signs the handover record
6. Responsibilities
Pallet Go Vietnam:
- Ensure goods leave the warehouse in the correct type, quantity and quality
- Take responsibility for goods throughout transport
- Compensate for goods damaged through transport fault (with a confirmation record)
Customer:
- Provide an accurate address, phone number and recipient
- Prepare a convenient loading/unloading area with access for trucks/containers
- Inspect and accept goods on receipt - claims raised after signing acceptance are handled under our return policy
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, prolonged road closures, traffic incidents), delivery may be delayed. We will notify you as early as possible and re-agree the schedule.
