1. Payment Methods
Pallet Go Vietnam accepts three flexible payment methods:
- Bank transfer: to the ICD Vietnam company account (provided in the contract / quote)
- Cash (COD): for small orders delivered to the customer in the city
- VAT invoice: full red invoice for businesses, deductible at 8% or 10% per current regulations
2. Deposit Terms
- Orders under VND 50 million: 100% on delivery (COD) or advance transfer
- Orders VND 50-200 million: 30% deposit on signing, 70% on delivery
- Orders over VND 200 million (made-to-order): 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery
- ISPM-15 export pallets: 50% deposit, balance before dispatch
Export customers: USD pricing and Incoterms (FOB/CIF) are confirmed in the quote.
3. Credit Terms
For business customers with a signed framework contract and a stable trading history of 3+ months, we offer:
- Credit terms of 15-30 days depending on reliability and agreed limit
- A maximum credit limit assessed against average monthly order volume
- Interest on overdue payments at the prevailing bank lending rate
4. Account Information
Please contact our accounting team for official account details. We do not publish bank account numbers on the website to prevent fraud.
Security note: the receiving account is held only in the name of ICD Vietnam Company. Any request to transfer to a personal account is invalid - please verify with us via the official hotline.
5. Invoicing
- Electronic VAT invoice issued within 24 hours of receiving full payment
- Invoice sent by email or integrated into your system if an API is available
- Please provide: company name, tax code, registered address and invoice email
6. Refunds
Where a refund applies under our return policy, funds are returned to the original paying account within 3-7 working days after both parties agree.
