1. Quality Commitment
Pallet Go Vietnam guarantees that wooden pallets meet the published technical standards: accurate dimensions, design load capacity, and timber treated against pests and to the correct moisture content.
2. Warranty Period
- Standard wooden pallets: 6 months from delivery for technical defects (cracking, breakage or pest damage arising under normal use)
- ISPM-15 export pallets: 12 months on the heat-treatment stamp and certification
- Recycled / used pallets: 30 days - guaranteed to meet the declared load capacity
3. Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies to the following defects arising under correct use:
- Cracking or breakage of deck boards / feet due to structural fault (not from overloading beyond the stated capacity)
- Pest damage arising from timber not treated to standard
- Nails working loose or abnormally weak joints
- ISPM-15 stamp fading or failing inspection by the importing country's quarantine authority
4. Warranty Exclusions
- Pallets damaged by loading beyond the stated capacity
- Pallets subjected to heavy impact, dropped from height, or struck directly by a forklift
- Pallets left outdoors, soaked, or in frequent contact with corrosive chemicals
- Pallets repaired or modified by a third party
- Natural wear over time, or storage below standard (excessive humidity, pests outside the treated scope)
5. Warranty Process
- Submit the request - contact us by hotline/email with photos, video and order number
- Verification - our QA team responds within 24h and may inspect on site (within 48-72h)
- Assessment & resolution - we record findings and agree a resolution: repair, replacement or compensation
- Execution - repair/replacement completed within 3-7 working days depending on scale
6. Conditions to Keep the Warranty Valid
To protect your warranty, please:
- Use pallets within the stated load (static / dynamic / racking)
- Store in a dry, ventilated place with humidity below 75%
- Handle with a forklift correctly and avoid heavy impact
- Keep the invoice / delivery record for reference
