How does Grade A used differ from Grade B?

For general cargo under 800 kg/pallet, Grade B saves considerably more.
Should I buy used pallets of unknown origin?
High risk. Pallets from a chemical warehouse may be contaminated with solvents or acid - dangerous for food use and a fire hazard. Pallets from a cold store may have absorbed water over time - the wood structure is weaker than it looks.
