1. What types of pallets does Pallet Go Vietnam manufacture?
We produce the full range of wooden pallets: pine, acacia, rubberwood and mixed-hardwood pallets, two-way and four-way entry pallets, and ISPM-15 compliant export pallets. We also supply plastic and paper pallets for specific applications. See all products.
2. Can you make pallets to custom sizes?
Yes. We accept made-to-order pallets built to your drawing or specification. Minimum order quantity for custom sizes is 100 pallets. See made-to-order pallets.
3. What is an ISPM-15 pallet and when is it required?
ISPM-15 is the international standard for treating wooden packaging used in export shipments. It is mandatory for pallets shipped to the US, EU, Japan, Australia and many other countries. Pallets are heat-treated (HT) to a core temperature of 56C for at least 30 minutes and stamped with the IPPC mark. See ISPM-15 pallets.
4. Are the stated load capacities accurate?
Yes. Stated static, dynamic and racking load ratings are tested and printed for each product line. We recommend selecting a pallet rated 20-30% above your actual load for longer service life. See load capacity.
Pricing & Ordering
5. How long does a quote take?
We respond to quote requests within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon - Sat, 7:30 - 17:30). Requests received after hours are answered the next morning.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
No minimum for standard in-stock pallets. Custom-size orders require a minimum of 100 pallets; ISPM-15 export orders a minimum of 50 pallets.
7. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We apply tiered pricing: orders of 500+ pallets get 3-5% off, orders of 2,000+ pallets get 5-8% off, and long-term contracts receive special pricing. See pallet prices.
Delivery & Payment
8. How long is delivery?
Within 24 hours inside Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City; 2-5 days to other provinces depending on distance. For export, see export procedures and our shipping policy.
9. Is delivery free?
Free delivery for orders of 500 pallets or more within a 50km radius of the factory. Smaller or long-distance orders are charged per our published rate table.
10. Do you offer credit terms?
Yes. Business customers with a framework contract and stable trading history can be granted 15-30 day credit terms. See our payment policy.
11. Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. We issue full electronic VAT invoices within 24 hours of receiving full payment.
Warranty & Returns
12. Are pallets covered by warranty?
Yes. Standard wooden pallets carry a 6-month warranty and ISPM-15 pallets a 12-month warranty. See our warranty policy.
13. What if I receive the wrong product?
