Stage 1: Enquiry and Specification

Stage 2: Technical Drawing and Quote
Our production team prepares a 2D technical drawing showing dimensions, board layout, stringer positions, and nail pattern. The drawing is accompanied by a firm unit price and MOQ. Most drawings are ready within 1-2 business days. You review and approve before any material is cut.
Stage 3: Physical Sample
Once the drawing is approved, we manufacture 2-5 sample pallets for your review - typically completed within 5 working days. You can test fit, load, and inspect the sample before committing to bulk. Samples can be shipped internationally or inspected at our factory in Vietnam.
Stage 4: Bulk Production
After sample sign-off, we schedule production. Lead time for bulk manufacturing is typically 10-25 working days depending on volume and specification complexity. Orders up to 2,000 pallets are generally at the lower end of that range.
Stage 5: Quality Control and ISPM-15
Before dispatch, every batch goes through dimensional checks, nail-pull tests, and moisture content verification (target: below 18%). If ISPM-15 heat treatment is required, pallets are processed in our heat chamber at a core wood temperature of 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes, then stamped with the IPPC mark showing country code VN, treatment type HT, and our registered producer number.
Stage 6: Export Documentation and Shipment
We provide a packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of fumigation (for ISPM-15 orders), and phytosanitary certificate where required.
